Clubs marked as "searchable" may display basic information (name, city, description) publicly to help users find clubs.

We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us with:
- Email delivery (Resend)
- File storage (Cloudflare R2)
- Database hosting (PostgreSQL hosting providers)
- Analytics and monitoring
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to:
- Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
- Investigate fraud or security issues

- Content you contributed (posts, forum replies) may remain on the Platform under our indefinite license (see Terms of Service)

6.2 Account Anonymization (No Self-Serve Deletion)
Self-serve account deletion is not available due to legal retention requirements for invoices and financial records. If you want your personal data anonymized, please email [email protected] and we will handle the request for you.
Important Limitations:
- Financial records and invoices must be retained as required by law
- Content you created (posts, forum replies) may remain on the Platform but be de-identified
- Anonymized usage data may be retained
- Audit logs and legal records may be retained as required by law
- Cached or backup copies may persist for a limited time
6.3 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the Platform's support channels or your profile settings. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
- Password encryption using bcrypt with salt
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit

Note: As stated in our Terms of Service, we cannot guarantee absolute security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
